What's the process of buying tickets?
- After you have decided on the event, proceed to the 'BUY NOW' option.
- You will be presented with the various pricing options currently in stock for the event. Select and enter the number of tickets.
- Depending on the type of event you may also see a seat reservation system (to buy individual seats). Select your seating preference.
- Proceed to add your tickets to the shopping cart
- Complete the registration process to make your payment. Please make sure you correctly input your contact details and email address.
What methods of payment do you accept?
BoxOffice.om accepts Visa or MasterCard credit cards issued in Oman only.
Can I reserve tickets and pay later, or in person?
We do not offer a reservation system. If you're a corporate client that wishes to purchase blocks of tickets, kindly get in touch with our BoxOffice support team.
Is it safe to pay online?
Our site integrates with a PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry-Data Security Standard) compliant system. This means we meet the banks' strict security standards for payment processing.
Will I receive a confirmation when my tickets are purchased?
When your payment is complete you will receive an email receipt confirming the purchase. You will also receive another separate email with the Print-At-Home tickets that were purchased.
I didn’t receive an email confirmation, have I got my tickets?
Based on your email provider, our emails may be going into your junk email folder. Please check this before getting in touch to confirm your purchase. Please do not buy your tickets again as refunds cannot be made.
Do I need to carry a print-out of the ticket when attending the event
Some of our events have ticket scanners at the gate. To ensure the scanning queue is short, please carry a good quality print of the ticket. We cannot guarantee scanning of tickets from hand-held devices such as mobile phones and tablets.
I can’t come to the event. Can I have a refund?
Sorry all tickets are sold as non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
What if my ticket is lost, destroyed or stolen?
Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
I have tickets to a canceled event. Can I get a refund?
The decision of whether or not to allow refunds is made by the event promoter and we are usually contractually bound by the promoters’ refund policy. In most cases, the promoter will allow us to refund the ticket at face value; we do not refund any delivery fees or financial surchages. If your event was canceled we will contact you by email to advise you if a refund will be given and when.
I have tickets to a rescheduled event. Can I get a refund?
If your event was rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time as soon as we know. Please note that usually tickets can’t be refunded but we will advise you of this when we send you details of the rescheduled event.
